We were commissioned to build a digital directory for New Malden Town Centre Partnership. In addition to developing a directory, we promoted local businesses and our partners with a creative digital campaign and placemaking with our social media community.
We collaborated with the Royal Borough of Kingston and local business and community partners like the Kingston Chamber of Commerce, the New Malden Town Centre Partnership, and IGERS Surrey to help the local town of New Malden increase awareness of local offerings using digital, creative campaigns and placemaking.

Results
We created a digital directory, composed of 40 local businesses and community partners – shared their promotions and events – and our content was shared by influential accounts across social channels. We planned and hosted an Instameet, which helped to reach more people and build community. We achieved meaningful organic growth on social channels:
We achieved 1,724 visits on Twitter (a +513% increase and a 150% increase in mentions)
We reached 89% more accounts on Instagram and engaged 200% more accounts via stories due to our Instameet.
Even on Facebook, we reached 9,524 impressions over the previous month, a 327% increase.
The month before that, we achieved 2,599 (an increase of 1,034% over the previous month).
